Rockwell Automation, the world’s largest industrial automation and information company, serves more than one hundred countries, with more than 23,000 people serving the connected enterprise. Since COVID-19 hit the manufacturing sector hard, Rockwell’s challenge was to help automate tasks and collaborate more. Rockwell embraced Microsoft 365, which helped them pivot to remote work quickly. With employees suddenly working from home, safety and security were of utmost concern. The embedded security structure within Microsoft Teams alleviated those fears and allowed Rockwell to step up without missing a beat. Power BI enabled them to automate systems, saving countless hours of employee time they could put towards other innovations.
